By accessing or using the SentiSignal platform at https://www.sentisignal.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scorise Agency Sp. z o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of SentiSignal.

SentiSignal is an AI-powered market sentiment analysis platform that aggregates and analyzes news, market data, and financial information from various third-party sources. The Service provides:

3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• •All investment and trading decisions are made at your own risk and sole responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your financial decisions.
• •Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results. Markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable.
• •AI-generated content (including sentiment scores, articles, briefs, experiments, and chart analyses) is produced by automated systems and may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or misinterpretations.
• •Price data, market information, and financial data displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any such data.

• •The Company is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or any other regulated financial services provider in any jurisdiction.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

A significant portion of content on SentiSignal is generated, processed, or enhanced by artificial intelligence systems. This includes, but is not limited to:

• •Sentiment analysis — automated evaluation of news articles and market data by AI models
• •Articles & briefs — AI-generated summaries and analyses of market events
• •Experiments — automated research and correlation analyses
• •Chart analyses — AI interpretation of price charts and technical patterns
• •News processing — automated categorization, tagging, and summarization of news items

5. Third-Party Data and Sources

SentiSignal aggregates information from numerous independent third-party sources, including but not limited to:

• •RSS news feeds from various publishers
• •Cryptocurrency price data from market data providers
• •Commodity and precious metals pricing from financial data APIs
• •Foreign exchange rates from independent rate providers
• •Central bank data (e.g., National Bank of Poland)

We do not control, verify, or endorse the content provided by third-party sources. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data. Price data may be delayed and does not reflect real-time market conditions. You should always verify critical financial information with authoritative, primary sources.

6. User Accounts

6.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You agree to:

6.2 Eligibility

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of SentiSignal require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• •Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• •We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.
• •Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• •Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit content from the Service without authorization
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• •Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and original content, is the property of Scorise Agency Sp. z o.o. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

News content displayed on the platform remains the property of the respective publishers.SentiSignal provides links to original sources and displays content in accordance with applicable fair use and licensing terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• •Any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• •Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content, price data, sentiment analysis, or any other information
• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• •Any third-party conduct or content on the Service
• •Delays, interruptions, or unavailability of the Service
• •Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful elements transmitted through the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• •Fitness for purpose: We do not warrant that the Service is suitable for making financial, investment, or trading decisions.

• •Third-party data: We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of data obtained from third-party sources.
• •AI outputs: We do not warrant that AI-generated content is factually correct, unbiased, or suitable for any purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scorise Agency Sp. z o.o., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• •Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• •Any financial losses you or any third party incur as a result of decisions influenced by information from the Service

SentiSignal is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state securities regulatory authority. The information provided does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any particular security, portfolio, transaction, or investment strategy and is not personalized investment advice.

13.2 CFTC Disclaimer

SentiSignal is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer to buy or sell commodity futures, options, or cryptocurrency derivatives.

13.3 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on your California privacy rights.

13.4 Arbitration Agreement

For users in the United States: any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration provision does not prevent you from filing complaints with government agencies.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.

For consumers within the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Art. 6(2)).

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration or mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poznan, Poland, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or excessive usage without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
